Here at REDDO Translations we make sure that our customers receive unique added value with every translation. Our job is so much more than simple coordination of communication between the customer and the translator. We take special care of every phrase and every word: our translations go through a meticulous proofreading and editing process. We know the state-of-the-art technologies and tools, we perfect our procedures and create proprietary solutions. This makes our translations stand out on both the technical and the linguistic level.

REDDO Translations is not your typical translation agency – it’s a translation company which employs a team of experienced in-house translators, editors and proofreaders. Our trusted, tried and tested vendors add value to the services we offer. All this gives us great confidence that every translation we deliver is of the highest quality.

We have a permanent in-house team of experienced translators and editors, industry practitioners, supported by experts in many fields, such as biology, pharmacy, medicine and law. In our work we don’t use machine translations – it’s our team that makes us so successful.

Since 2015 we’ve been certified with the industry ISO 17100 standard, and our years of experience allowed us to create the proprietary REDDO OPTi System – Translation Process Optimization System, which combines our specialist experience with the use of the latest technologies, both market available and the ones we create ourselves.

What makes us stand out?

Our attitude towards quality, which always comes first. Over the years we’ve been able to achieve the level of less than 0.03% errors, and we can proudly say that there are no other companies in the Polish market that could make such a claim! Even though it takes a lot of time, effort and money, unlike most translation agencies we systematically and consistently monitor our efficiency and our value proposition. And only based on that you can build a true high quality, which doesn’t come form thin air (well, except when it does in the case of some other companies.)

REDDO Translations has been active in the translation market since 2012. Our translators and editors all have several – and in some cases, over a dozen – years of experience.
Over the last eight years of our business we’ve realized more than 27 thousand translation projects!
We have translated over 45 million words – 48 times as much as Tolkien’s “The Hobbit” and “The Lord of the Rings” put together.
We make optimum use of IT/CAT (Computer Assisted Translation) tools and minimize the need to get the customer’s resources involved.
We guarantee the highest quality and know how to measure it. Our ratio of justified complaints is as low as 0.027%.
The in-house team of REDDO Translations is made up of 25 people — project managers, translators and editors.

Translator with over 15 years of experience, a paramedic and a diving instructor. Alumnus of University of Warsaw and many post graduate studies at the Medical University of Warsaw, British Law Centre, SWPS University and many others. Since 2020, Audit Committee Member of the Polish Association of Conference Interpreters and a certified translator. Michał specializes in legal, medical, technical and corporate translations. Since 2012, President of the Board at REDDO Translations.

Marta Januszewska

REDDO Translations Board member

Master of Pharmacy, long-term academician at Medical University of Warsaw. Recipient of several research grants and co-author of many scientific papers. Professionally, Marta worked predominantly on photodynamic therapy and the opportunities that the use of micro-RNA provides in the oncology diagnostics. Medical and pharmacological translator with years of experience, who combines the practical knowledge on medical research and clinical trials with the knowledge of the industry. Since 2018, REDDO Translations Board member.
